How It Works

Applicant sends a request to recommender

Applicant signs up an account on our website first. Then he/she can send a request to recommender(s) for a letter.

Recommender (letter writer) submits their letters to us

Recommenders (letter writers) send their original letters to us either by mail or upload to our website.

Applicant orders a delivery of letter.

Applicant requests to send the letter of recommendation to employers or schools (letter recipients).

We deliver the letter.

Upon Applicant's request, we will send the letter to the letter recipients by mail or electronically.

Applicants (students and employees) are encouraged to ask their recommenders (teachers, professors, supervisers and managers) to submit their recommendation letters to us and use those letters at a later date without bothering their recommenders again and again.

For the integrity of confidentiality, contents of confidential letters will not be disclosed to applicants. We can only send the letters of recommendation to employers, school officials and other organizations that are legitimate. Letter Service reserves its right to refuse to deliver letters to recipients that are not verifiable.
